OKC Food Hub IMPACT:
The OKC Food Hub regularly collects detailed information on how much local food is being purchased, from whom, and where it goes. We anonymize and aggregate this information to show impact, conduct research, and inform policy around local food system development, producer support, and nutritious food access. Please see our Data Dashboard below for a brief overview on some of the metrics we are regularly collecting:

For Farmers
Farmers are the heartbeat of all that we do, as without farmers, there is no food! In addition to providing a year-round, consistent sales outlet for as much produce as farmers can grow, we also offer production planning, assistance in accessing capital, connection to partners and resources and even help out in the field. Learn more about how we support farmers and our vision for a collaborative, resilient and well-resourced network of diverse farmers.
